Abstract

The aim of this research is to ascertain the interconnections that exist among work culture leadership framework, organizational learning, organizational creativity, and financial performance. The research utilized structural equation modeling (SEM) in order to determine the connections between constructs and the ways in which they influence financial performance and creativity. Education Institutions were queried using a questionnaire to collect data. Among the 700 questionnaire that were disseminated, 398 were collected as valid responses. The findings of the analysis suggest that work culture influences financial performance positively through the promotion of organizational creativity. There is no direct correlation between the leadership framework and the creativity. Financial performance is enhanced by both direct and indirect forms of organizational learning, including organizational creativity. In essence, the existence of creativity within a given organization positively influences its overall financial performance. It has been found that by placing greater emphasis on learning and culture, fostering creativity in the education sector could potentially improve financial performance.
