Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the relationship between the impact of human resource management (HRM) on organizational performance. This study is based on the operational HRM and performance linkage model. This study adopts positivist epistemology and quantitative research methods. Using simple random sampling method, through questionnaire survey and data analysis of employees in 10 private manufacturing companies in Wuxi, it was found that strategic human resources, employee retention, employee performance appraisal, and human resource development have a significant impact and significant positive correlation on organizational performance. The findings provide a theoretical basis and practical guidance for enterprises to optimize their human resource management and organizational performance strategies.
