Legal Nature And Classification Of International Agreements Between The Republics Of Uzbekistan And Türkiye

Abstract

In this article, the author systematically studied the essence of the contracts between Uzbekistan and Türkiye and the specific features of the contracts, scientifically and theoretically substantiated. The legal nature of international agreements and scientific approaches to them are studied. The international agreements between the Republics of Uzbekistan and Türkiye were analyzed using special, logical, political, theological, systematic, normative interpretation methods.
