The food manager has the authority to approve or reject any food booking cancellations, maintaining a seamless dining experience for users. The platform accommodates various actors, including Customers, Application Admin, Travel Manager, Food Manager, and Process Overview. The travel booking process entails existing users logging in to the application for easy access to travel booking facilities. New users can sign up, providing their phone number as a requirement. Upon entering the number of travelers (adults and children), desired dates, budget, location, and mode of travel, the system generates a list of packages with associated costs. Customers have the flexibility to choose from this list and view the total cost before finalizing their booking. Moreover, customers have the option to cancel their travel bookings or food plans if needed.
