Abstract
Recently, the Covid-19 epidemic had a significant emotional and social effect on the global population. Numerous research studies have demonstrated the detrimental effect on the psychological well-being of the most visible sets or classes, which include kids, academy pupils, and health care employees, who have a greater risk of developing post-traumatic stress disorder, nervousness, unhappiness, and other distressing symptoms. The current study attempted to investigate several psychological employment metrics such as job stress, job satisfaction, and turnover intention of faculty members after the covid epidemic, particularly in Bangalore, India. The random sampling strategy was utilised to choose the sample in this investigation. Primary and secondary data collection approaches are used. Here the structured questionnaire is been prepared and the data from 150 faculty members were collected during the study period and the same has been analyzed through SPSS software using statistical test like reliability test – Cronbach's Alpha, for testing the normality researcher calculated Kolmogorov-Smirnova test, the parametric test like regression analysis is been calculated.
