Main Article Content
Abstract
Organizations understand that one of the most critical abilities that set them apart from competitors is workplace diversity. India is well renowned as a highly competitive global commercial hub that attracts individuals with excellent abilities and unique ideas. Age, gender, and ethnic or cultural heritage are the most common expressions of diversity among many firms' employees. This study is primarily concerned with the effects of workforce diversity on Age, Gender, Ethnic, Racial, and Experience. An organization can benefit from successful workforce diversity management. However, if not treated properly, it can have negative consequences. Managers in India's manufacturing industries were preferred to fill out a questionnaire when they were free in Delhi-NCR. We used Cronbach's alpha to determine the survey's dependability. Workforces' Age, Gender, Ethnic, Racial, and Experience were empirically connected using the Software Package for Social Science (SPSS). The study's findings indicate Age, Gender, Ethnic, Racial, and Experiencehad a statistically significant impact on employee perception.
