Abstract

Given the importance, growth and prosperity of the banking sector as it represents the economy of any country, as well as the development of economic activity and differences in people's needs and preferences, people are increasingly demanding access to a wide range of services rather than just obtaining online banking. Satisfying their basic needs for material goods. One of the most important things that people look for in order to achieve a certain degree of financial security for themselves and those around them are the services provided by banks and other financial institutions. In this regard, the aim of the study was to study the factors associated with the degree of customer satisfaction with the level of banking services provided by commercial banks.
