Identification Potential Tourism And Culinary Deliciousness In Widosari Yogyakarta Tourism Village

Abstract

Nowadays, the tourism sector is experiencing rapid growth, namely the culinary sector, which includes serving food and drinks. The culinary sector is a supporting role for other tourism, especially cultural tourism. The purpose of the study is to find out potential tourism and culinary offerings in the tourist village of Tourism Attractions, Educational Tourism, Tour Packages, and Culinary Tourism. The research method used by the researcher uses a qualitative descriptive method. The object of the research was conducted in the Widosari Tourism Village, Yogyakarta. The results of the study (1) Widosari is a portrait of a tourist village in the hills that has many unique cultures and beautiful natural landscapes (2) the wealth of cultural traditions that are still alive in Widosari Village include Wayang Kulit, Jathilan Dance or kuda lumping, and various types of dances typical of the local community, namely Bangilun and Lengger Tapeng (3) an integrated sheep farm presents educational activities for livestock, sheep-based culinary (4) Arts, Culture and local wisdom of the Widosari community can also be an option, tourists can learn to dance, gamelan, puppetry, batik or enjoy local culinary delights packaged in a traditional kenduri ceremony, while enjoying various art attractions.
