Abstract

This study investigates the transformative effects of Electronic Human Resource Management (E-HRM) on organizational performance, emphasizing the role of innovation in enhancing efficiency, strategic alignment, and competitive advantage. E-HRM, encompassing a wide array of digital tools and practices, redefines traditional HR functions by automating administrative tasks, facilitating strategic decision-making, and improving overall employee engagement. Through a comprehensive literature review the research identifies key innovations such as AI-driven recruitment, cloud-based HR platforms, and data analytics, which collectively contribute to streamlined processes and informed decision-making. The findings suggest that E-HRM not only reduces operational costs but also fosters a more agile and responsive HR environment.
