Abstract

In the professional world, self-regulation is vital for career success. It equips students with the skills needed to manage their workload, meet deadlines, and continuously improve their performance. It is a critical skill for undergraduate students, significantly impacting their academic success and personal development. It enables students to set goals, monitor their progress, and adjusts strategies to achieve academic success, leading to better grades and a deeper understanding of the material. Effective time management, stress management, and adaptability are crucial, especially as students juggle coursework, part-time jobs, and extracurricular activities. This study aimed to develop and standardize a scale for measuring self-regulation among undergraduate students. A carefully designed scale was administered to a sample of 100 undergraduate students. The study included specific procedures to assess the reliability and validity of the inventory. The research focuses on the development process of this scale, emphasizing its effectiveness in evaluating self-regulation in undergraduate students
