The rapid digital transformation and technological advancements leads organizations to face exceptional challenges in managing talent and maintaining work resilience. The current research on explores the work resilience and talent management in the perspective of radical digital change in IT companies based in Bangalore. The current research defines the work resilience as an organization’s ability to acclimate to significant changes and disruptions while maintaining performance and employee well-being. Then examines how digital transformation affects talent management practices, emphasizing the necessity for organizations to evolve their strategies to address emerging challenges and opportunities. The study focus include the impact of digital technologies on workforce dynamics, such as remote work, automation, and the gig economy. The study investigates how these technological advancements influence employee expectations, skill requirements, and organizational culture.
