Degree of practicing leadership with love among middle school principals in Al-Haeit Governorate and its relationship to job performance from the teachers' point of view

Abstract

The current study aimed to determine the degree of practicing leadership with love among middle school principals in Al-Haeit Governorate and its relationship to job performance from the teachers' point of view. The study sample consisted of 150 middle school teachers in Al-Haeit Governorate. The study relied on the descriptive, correlational, and analytical approach. The study used the questionnaire as a tool to achieve its objectives, as two questionnaires were prepared and developed, one related to leadership with love, and the other related to teachers' job performance. The results of the study showed that the degree of practicing leadership with love among middle school principals in Al-Haeit Governorate and its relationship to job performance from the teachers' point of view is very high, with an average of (4.55). It also showed a strong correlation between the degree of practicing leadership with love and the job performance of teachers, as well as a strong correlation between the dimensions of the five axes of leadership with love, which are (the principal's love for his school, the principal's love for the students, the principal's love for his colleagues, the principal's love for his community, the principal's love for himself), and the absence of statistically significant differences between the average scores of practicing leadership with love among the principals of middle schools in the city of Al-Haeit in the study sample from the teachers' point of view, depending on the variables (gender, qualification, years of experience).
