Abstract
Amid economic crises and unique challenges, central banks globally are increasingly adopting unconventional monetary policies to meet their objectives. This paper investigates the Reserve Bank of India’s (RBI) use of such measures—namely, quantitative easing, forward guidance, and the potential for negative interest rates. By examining these tools within India’s economic framework, this study seeks to provide a thorough understanding of their role in stabilizing the economy under intense pressure.
