The objectives of this dissertation were: 1) To study the components of the process of Emotional Intelligence Empowerment according to the Vuḍḍhidhamma IV of teachers in schools under Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1; 2) To develop the process of enhancing Emotional Intelligence according to the Vuḍḍhidhamma IV of teachers in schools under Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1; 3) To experiment with the process of Emotional Intelligence Empowerment according to Vuḍḍhidhamma IV of teachers in schools under Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1; and 4) To evaluate the process of Emotional Intelligence Empowerment according to the Vuḍḍhidhamma IV of teachers in schools under Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The Research and Development (R&D) was conducted and divided into 4 phases: Phase 1: to study the components of the factors affecting the process of Emotional Intelligence Empowerment through in-depth interviews; Phase 2: to develop the process of Emotional Intelligence Empowerment according to the Vuḍḍhidhamma IV through surveys and focus group discussions to confirm the process model of Emotional Intelligence Empowerment according to the Vuḍḍhidahamma IV; Phase 3: the process of Emotional Intelligence Empowerment based on the Vuḍḍhidhamma IV was tested by organizing a workshop; and Phase 4: evaluated the process of Emotional Intelligence Empowerment based on the Vuḍḍhidhamma IV by examining the Content Validity Index (CVI). The research results found that: 1. The components of the process of Emotional Intelligence Empowerment according to the Vuḍḍhidhamma IV of teachers in schools under Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, which were studied, consisted of 3 components: the process of Emotional Intelligence Empowerment, which is an external factor that is linked through the Vuḍḍhidhamma IV to the emotional intelligence component. 2. The process of Emotional Intelligence Empowerment according to the principle of the Vuḍḍhidhamma IV of teachers in schools under Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, which was developed, was linked to a causal model and the results of the model validity examination were consistent with the empirical data (Chi-square = 75.27, df = 57, p = .0529, GFI = .964, AGFI = .942, RMR = .016). It could explain the variance of emotional intelligence by 99.60 percent. It was found that the main variable of the Vuḍḍhidhamma IV (DHAM) was a variable that promoted emotional intelligence in the model of the process of Emotional Intelligence Empowerment according to the principles of the Vuḍḍhidhamma IV of teachers in schools under Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. 3. The results of the experiment using the process the process of Emotional Intelligence Empowerment based on the principle of the Vuḍḍhidhamma IV of teachers in schools under Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 from organizing a workshop to create learning in the process that was developed with four activities: 1) the activity of transferring the thought-guiding process, 2) the activity of extracting lessons and exchanging knowledge on creative processes, 3) the activity of reflecting and examining models for learning, and 4) the activity of recording and inviting to practice in educational institutions. 4. The results of the evaluation of the process of Emotional Intelligence Empowerment according to the principles of the Vuḍḍhidahamma IV of teachers in schools under Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, by examining the Content Validity Index (CVI) in 3 aspects: 1) process components, 2) guidelines for implementing the process in educational institutions, and 3) measurement and evaluation of the success of the process found that the Content Validity Index (CVI) of each assessment item of the process of Emotional Intelligence Empowerment according to the principle of the Vuḍḍhidhamma IV was equal to 1.00, and the Content Validity Index (CVI) of the entire process was equal to 1.00, meaning that process of Emotional Intelligence Empowerment according to the principle of the Vuḍḍhidhamma IV that was developed, appropriate, correct, feasible to implement, and could be used. In conclusion, the creative innovation model is a PVI Model of the process of Emotional Intelligence Empowerment.
