Through survey data analysis and hypothesis testing, it uncovers significant gaps in formal digital education and highlights risky practices despite high internet usage. Findings emphasize the need for structured digital literacy programs, policy-level interventions, and community-based awareness to equip individuals with skills for secure digital engagement.
