The most significant results of the study suggest that staff nurses working in the hospitals that were evaluated have abilities in emotional intelligence, and these hospitals provide initiatives that promote work-life balance. Findings of multiple regression analysis showed respondents' emotional intelligence has a substantial bearing on the degree with which they are able to strike a healthy equilibrium between their professional and personal lives.
