It is an important tool for financing and sustaining urban development. This research paper presents a qualitative approach for value capture mechanism (VCM) in context to urban project. This study consists of parameter prioritisation with respect to revenue generation is studied using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP), a multi-actor multi-criteria analysis approach is adopted. It is found that, administrative parameters, infrastructure parameters, geographical parameters, business parameters have criteria weights 0.38, 0.22, 0.19, 0.13 respectively.
