Abstract

Dhubri district in Assam holds significant potential for tourism due to its rich cultural heritage, historical sites, and scenic landscapes. The Brahmaputra River and numerous religious sites offer unique attractions. However, the tourism sector faces several challenges, including inadequate infrastructure, poor connectivity, and limited promotional efforts. Floods and communal tensions also impede tourism development.
