Synthesis, structural characterization and uv analysis of praseodymium zirconate oxides
Main Article Content
Abstract
Nanoceramics can be utilized for various applications like electronic, ionic, thermal, optical and catalytic. In particular, the combination of a relatively large portion of interfacial or grain boundary atoms along with the interactions of photons, electrons, or dislocations can lead to unusual mechanical and electrical behavior. In this work, we synthesize Pr2Zr2O7 oxides through solution combustion synthesis and study the band gap of the material. The effect of strain on the broadening of X ray peaks were also analysed using Hall Williamson analysis.
